I started Trillionaire Realty back in 2005 in Houston, TX. I was licensed in 2000 and became a broker in 2005. I have sold over 1,400 REO, HUD, & GSE properties over the past 17 years.

I expanded Trillionaire Realty to the West Coast in 2017 and then further expanded to the East Coast, Midwest & Southeast in 2020 (good use of lock down time, right?). I have offices in 32 states and over 40 markets (yep, I really studied for 32 state real estate exams).

My business model is twofold:

• Have local agents (who hang their license with my brokerage) in each market. I teach them the fundamentals of REO and make sure they are staying compliance with our standards.
• Have an administrative team that works across all markets. I lead my administrative team and we handle most of the REO tasking across all markets.

This enables my local agents to do what they do best, sell homes! It is a winning formula that has allowed us to have a great reputation in the REO industry.
